1. Larry Dill reports this: Also, note that my M-34 has a shorter "A" distance than shown in the chart -- closer to the length shown for the bronze board (mine is 22.25"). My boat never had a bronze board -- it is close to the last one built (and by at least one accounts, was the last). M-34 #341, and also: For the record, the complete assy identified as M-22 is probably not an M-22. Principal difference is that the 22 has a Delrin shaft; and I know that the winch is different than that of the M-34. I seem to recall that this information is included in the information compilation (sometimes referred to as the manual) for the M-22, which manual is sold by Warren Pandy at Catalina Yacht. Perhaps your source presumed this was for a M-22. In any event, although not exactly M-22, the information is applicable to the 22 (although it could be the drawing of an M-34 system, as well as many others, I suspect). M-22 #19
